Dr. Jackie "JP" Phillips is the founder and President of The Unheard Empire, a multi-vertical portfolio spanning media, energy, investments, agriculture, and logistics. A turbine owner herself, she built Unheard Energy into a certified minority and woman-owned wind maintenance operation while simultaneously launching Unheard TV (available on Roku and KSDK in St. Louis), Unheard Radio, and the Two Comma Society coaching practice. Through the Institute, she draws on 20+ years of cross-industry experience to teach entrepreneurship, business development, and leadership — turning hard-won lessons into practical frameworks for the next generation of builders.
Camille Dangerfield is the founder of Intentional Woman Coaching and co-producer and host of The Intentional Woman Show. She also serves as the Vice President of Unheard TV. Through media, coaching, and live experiences, she helps women gain clarity, raise their standards, and take practical steps toward the lives they desire.
Ryan Green is the founder of The Last Splash, a fractional CMO and marketing strategy consultancy, and a partner in Unheard Empire. He was employee #1 at Coegi, helping build the agency from startup to $60MM+ in annual revenue over 12 years before a private equity exit in 2024. He currently serves as President of 314 Digital and adjunct professor at Mizzou's J-School.
